- Specialized medical treatment, private nursing care, child care;

To help maintain your independence If you are between 18 and 65, UnumProvident's Critical Illness Recovery Plan policy may help you. Here is a brief overview of the main features of this product and of the
benefits offered:
- Policy guaranteed and non-cancellable up to 100 years
- Lump sum benefit of $10,000 to $1,000,000,000;
- In case of death from a cause other than a critical illness , refund of all premiums paid by you;
- The policy may be stand-alone or in addition to a disability insurance;
- Benefits may be paid as quickly as 30 days after receiving the statement of diagnosed insured critical illness or the date of the operation consecutive to this illness;
- Waiver of premiums after 90 days of total and permanent disability;
- No statement of income required.
