- Policy guaranteed and non-cancellable up to 100 years;
- Lump sum benefit of $10,000 to $ 1 000 000,000;
- In case of death from a cause other than a critical illness, refund of all premiums paid by you;
- Waiver of premiums after 90 days of total and permanent disability;
- Scheduled Increase Benefit Rider;
- Services provided by HRT
The Critical Illness Recovery Plan is marketer under the brand name UnumProvident.
In addition NEW covered critical illness MOTOR NEURON DISEASE Means that the insured has any of the following diseases:
- ALS - Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (known as Lou Gehrig's disease)
- Progressive bulbar palsy
- Progressive pseudo bulbar palsy
- Progressive muscular atrophy
- Primary lateral sclerosis
A diagnosis of Motor Neuron Disease must be made by a Physician who is a certified neurologist.
